How do I return or exchange items?

For any return, send an email to angela@angelawozniakjewellery.com stating your name, number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Upon approval we will then arrange a return pick up for you via private courier.

We will credit your original form of payment in Australian Dollars within 7 days after your returned item has been received by us.

To make an exchange, simply purchase the new item you wish to exchange for via our checkout.

How do I prevent the hassle of returning or exchanging items?

Please read the product descriptions of all jewellery carefully before making your purchase. This will ensure your expectations of the item(s) are realistic when you finally get to see them in hand. We include as much descriptive information as possible to give you a low-risk shopping experience.

Since Angela Wozniak Jewellery is handmade, should I return an item because of slight imperfections?

All Angela Wozniak Jewellery is handmade. Buying handmade jewellery means that you will sometimes find slight imperfections by human process. We believe this is what makes the jewellery absolutely perfect! It proves the true craftsmanship of each unique piece. When buying jewellery with semi-precious stones, pearls or gems you will find variations in the colours and patterns. Semi-precious stones, pearls and gems are mother nature's jewels and so each can never be the same. Your piece will be truly individual.

What does 'International Free Return' mean?

'International Free Return' means that there is no penalty for returns (we refund the total value of your purchase) and we refund your return shipping fees worldwide, whether you live in Australia or anywhere else in the world.

What are the conditions to be eligible for International Free Return?

1. You must apply for the return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item(s) by sending an email to angela @angelawozniakjewellery.com stating your name, number and the reason for your return or exchange.

2. Jewellery must be returned to us within 30 days of the order delivery date.

3. Your returned item must be sent via a registered delivery method. We cannot be held responsible for unregistered returned items that get lost in the mail.

4. Jewellery must not have been worn or damaged due to your poor handling. All our jewellery is quality checked and packaged safely before dispatch.

5. Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging (mail box, jewellery box, cards, tags, jewellery pouch and any other packaging). Please keep all packaging just in case you wish to make a return.

6. For health and safety reasons we are unable to offer return or exchange on all earrings. This policy is for the safety of all our customers.
