• All orders are handmade by me in Freshwater, Sydney Australia.

• If you place an order during the week it will be packed on the weekend and shipped out the following Monday. If you need a rushed order just SMS / Whatsapp me on +61-416-925-848 and I will see what I can do. I always try my best to give the best customer service I can.

• Some handmade items can take me approx 2-30 days to handcraft from scratch. It really depends on the design and estimations are written in the product descriptions. Please read them carefully to avoid disappointment.

• 1 gift box comes with every order. If you are buying multiple gifts and need more gift boxes you can purchase more here.

• I ship all packages using tracked Australia Post. You will receive a tracking code in your and email once your order is shipped.  If you do not see it, check your junk / spam box.

• T o save on waste, jewellery care cards and invoices will never be in your package. Care instructions are online and invoices are emailed to you. This means all packages are eco-friendly and gift ready. 

• Please check your address is correct before purchasing. I can not be held responsible if you have not entered the correct address and it is returned back to me or lost. If it does get returned to sender I can ship it out to you but you will need to pay the full shipping charge of $12 Australia /  $15 NZ / $25 Rest of World.

• International customers are responsible to pay taxes and duties in their country. If you refuse to pay the taxes your order will typically be returned to me – this can take up to 6 weeks. Once I have received the returned order only then can I refund you.

JEWELLERY TIPS TO KEEP GOLD FILLED AS GOOD AS NEW

- Always rinse with water after ocean swims to remove salt
- Do not wear in chlorinated pools, chlorine and sulphur dulls pearls and stones
- Put your jewellery on only after putting on your lotions and potions
- Do not spray perfume on jewellery
- Switch to organic shampoo & conditioner
- Switch to organic body wash
- Remove jewellery when using tanning products

INSTRUCTIONS TO FIND YOUR RING SIZE

1. Find the inner diameter - Take a ring that fits on the finger you are buying for and measure the inner diameter. Every millimeter counts, so be strict. If you don't have a ring use a piece of string around your finger to find your inner circumference. Do this step more than once to check you keep getting the same result. 

2. Check the chart below - Now that you know your inner diameter or circumference, use the chart below to find your size. If you fall in between sizes, go up a size, e.g. You are a 7 1/2, then you can buy a size 8. It's better your ring is a little looser than tighter.
