All orders are handmade by Angela in her Freshwater Beach studio in Sydney Australia.

Handmade items can take approx 2-30 days to handcraft depending on the design – please read the product description pages for these details.

If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday your order will be  processed the following business working day.

SHIPPING DETAILS YOU MUST KNOW

All items are shipped and tracked with standard Australia Post. You will receive a tracking code by email once your order has shipped out – please check your spam box.

To ensure a faster transit time please provide an accurate address and contact details to help guarantee a successful first delivery attempt. Angela will not be held responsible if you have not entered the correct address and you will be viable to pay shipping again for the package to be sent again.

International customers are responsible to pay taxes and duties in their country to accept their orders if the total price hits the taxable threshold. If you refuse to pay the taxes your order will typically be returned to Angela – this can take up to 6 weeks. 

Once the package is returned to Angela successfully Angela will reach out to you via email to check if you would like a refund.
