• Some handmade items can take me approx 2-30 days to handcraft from scratch. It really depends on the design and estimations are written in the product descriptions. Please read them carefully to avoid disappointment.

• 1 gift box comes with every order. If you are buying multiple gifts and need more gift boxes you can purchase more here.

• I ship all packages using tracked Australia Post. You will receive a tracking code in your and email once your order is shipped. If you do not see it, check your junk / spam box.

• T o save on waste, jewellery care cards and invoices will never be in your package. Care instructions are online and invoices are emailed to you. This means all packages are eco-friendly and gift ready.

• Please check your address is correct before purchasing. I can not be held responsible if you have not entered the correct address and it is returned back to me or lost. If it does get returned to sender I can ship it out to you but you will need to pay the full shipping charge of $12 Australia / $15 NZ / $25 Rest of World.

• International customers are responsible to pay taxes and duties in their country. If you refuse to pay the taxes your order will typically be returned to me – this can take up to 6 weeks. Once I have received the returned order only then can I refund you.

Gold Filled is a high-quality alternative to solid gold, featuring a thick layer of real 14k gold mechanically bonded to a base metal, usually brass. This bonding process, typically using heat and pressure, results in a durable layer that won't peel or flake easily, unlike gold plating.

The 14 Karat means 1/20 (5%) of the item weight is real 14K gold (By law, Gold Filled must contain at least 5% gold by total weight.

By comparison, gold plating is estimated to be 0.05% or less of the metal product and it wears off. In Gold Filled the gold layer is up to 100 times thicker than gold plated jewellery or gold vermeil plated jewellery.

JEWELLERY TIPS TO KEEP GOLD FILLED AS GOOD AS NEW

- Always rinse with water after ocean swims to remove salt
- Do not wear in chlorinated pools, chlorine and sulphur dulls pearls and stones
- Put your jewellery on only after putting on your lotions and potions
- Do not spray perfume on jewellery
- Switch to organic shampoo & conditioner
- Switch to organic body wash
- Remove jewellery when using tanning products

INSTRUCTIONS TO FIND YOUR RING SIZE

1. Find the inner diameter - Take a ring that fits on the finger you are buying for and measure the inner diameter. Every millimeter counts, so be strict. If you don't have a ring use a piece of string around your finger to find your inner circumference. Do this step more than once to check you keep getting the same result.

2. Check the chart below - Now that you know your inner diameter or circumference, use the chart below to find your size. If you fall in between sizes, go up a size, e.g. You are a 7 1/2, then you can buy a size 8. It's better your ring is a little looser than tighter.

I find my sea glass primarily along Sydney's Northern Beaches. I have also been hunting for sea glass in the Sutherland Shire beaches, NSW Central Coast beaches and Hobart, Tasmania. Each piece of Australian sea glass has been naturally tumbled in the ocean for 20-50 years, creating the signature frosted finish that makes sea glass jewellery so special.

I have also received donations from customers from Bali, Vanuatu and USA. I keep all my sea glass separated by location in different jars so I always know the origin of where is was ocean-tumbled.

Yes! I only use 14k Gold Filled and Sterling Silver metals.

These can be worn in the ocean, shower and are sweat-proof. You must rinse throughly after salt, suds and sweat exposure to ensure no build up of salt, dirty or grease between the cracks.

But be aware that all metals can be damaged by chemicals.

Please ensure your jewellery does not touch chlorine, bleach, perfume, detergents and all cleaning products.

I ship worldwide and so far have shipped to over 10 countries - NZ, US, UK, India, Canada, Demark, Poland, Italy, France, Germany, Singapore, Japan. Please be aware that if ordering from outside Australia your country may impose an important tax like a duty or tariff which you will have to pay to receive your order. This is the responsibility of the customer. To check your importation taxes you can simply google it.

Production times and shipping times are two different things. Production is the time it take me to make your order and shipping is the time the package takes to get to you.
